1. Promoter
The Explore Bath UK Twixmas escape competition (the Promotion) is organised by Explore Bath UK, Bath, BA1, United Kingdom (the Promoter).
2. Eligibility
- The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter or prize partners are not eligible.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
3. Promotion period
- The Promotion opens on Monday 17 November 2025 at 09:00 GMT.
- The Promotion closes on Tuesday 9 December 2025 at 14:00 GMT. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
4. How to enter
- Complete the entry form on the competition page, providing the required contact details and answering the qualifying question.
- No purchase is necessary. Internet access is required.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or suspected of bulk/bot submission will be void.
5. Prize
One winner will receive the following experience for two guests on Sunday 28 December 2025:
- A two-course Sunday lunch plus one alcoholic or soft drink per guest at Sydney’s Bath.
- Two Dress Circle tickets to The Further Adventures of Peter Pan at Theatre Royal Bath (5:00pm performance).
- One overnight stay for two guests in a boutique room at The Griffin Inn, including breakfast on Monday 29 December 2025.
Travel to and from Bath, additional meals, and all incidental expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner selection and notification
- All eligible entries will be placed into a random draw overseen by the Promoter on Wednesday 10 December 2025.
- The selected winner will be contacted via the email address supplied on their entry within 48 hours of the draw.
- If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, or if the email bounces, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. Winner verification
- The winner must complete the confirmation form on the Twixmas winners page within the timeframe stated in the notification email.
- Proof of identification and confirmation that all eligibility criteria are met may be required. Failure to provide requested information may result in forfeiture of the prize.
8. Prize conditions
- Prize elements are fixed for the stated date and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or rescheduled.
- If prize partners are unable to supply any element, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a comparable alternative of equal or greater value.
- Theatre Royal Bath Dress Circle seating is accessed via multiple staircases with no lift. Guests must be comfortable using stairs.
9. Cancellation or changes
- If the winner is unable to travel, they must notify the Promoter as soon as possible so the prize can be reassigned to a reserve entrant.
- The Promoter is not responsible for events outside its control that may impact prize fulfilment, including weather, venue closures, or public health restrictions.
10. Publicity
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their first name and county for publicity relating to the Promotion.
- Any additional publicity will be agreed with the winner separately.
11. Data protection
- Personal data provided during entry will be processed in accordance with the Explore Bath UK Privacy Policy.
- Your details will only be used to administer the Promotion unless you expressly opt in to receive marketing communications.
- Data will be securely deleted within 60 days of the prize stay unless required for regulatory reasons.
12. General
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final.
- The Promoter reserves the right to void entries or withdraw the prize where it reasonably suspects fraud, tampering, or technical issues.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
